It's Wednesday - our first full day in Poland. And it has been another wonderful day of making new friends, strengthening bonds with current friends, and praising God for bringing us all together here in Krakow. After a good night's sleep, we woke up ready for a new day. Following breakfast (a European continental breakfast, mind you), we joined the other two teams here (one from Colorado and one from Canada) and spent time training for our respective camp experiences. One of our exercises was to go out to the streets in teams of three and ask Poles for their views on religion in Poland. The answers were intriguing, to say the least. We ended the day with a team dinner, some free time in Krakow, then a training wrap up, simulating an evening at camp with worship, readings and games. Tomorrow, we will depart at 9 am for the death camps. Afterward, we will head to our new "home" in Skoczow. Once again, thank you for your prayers and thoughts. We have much ahead of us, but Exodus 4:12 illustrates it best: "Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say." Dear Lord - be with us in the next two weeks and, like Moses, give us the words to share with the Polish youth. Use us as your instruments and work through us in giving glory to Your Kingdom. In His Name, The Timberwood Team
